We shipped several workflow improvements to make transcript review faster and easier to scan.
Automatic Transcript Search
Transcript search now updates as you type. If you search for my and then delete a character, the results refresh for m without requiring Enter or another button click.
Scroll Loading
Search results now load more matches as you scroll. The loading indicator appears only while the next batch is being fetched, then disappears when the results are ready.
Preview Before Opening
Clicking a search result now opens a preview first. You can read the matching segment, switch between results with Previous and Next, use arrow keys for faster navigation, close the preview, or open the full transcript when you find the right result.
Grid View for Transcript Files
The transcript list now supports a compact grid view. Use the layout icon next to Select All to switch between list and grid layouts.
These changes are focused on review speed: fewer page jumps, faster scanning, and less context loss while working through many transcript files.
